Do you return all of my media back to me?
Absolutely! You will be sent back all of your media in the exact same condition it was in when we received it.
How does shipping work?
You are responsible for shipping your media to us. Please include a return label and we will make sure everything is sent back exactly how it was sent to us. We strongly recommend you use packing materials such as bubblewrap or padding around the edges of the box to protect the media from damage during shipping.
How long does it normally take to get our media back?
Remember, we are a small company with less than a handful of people working on your media. That being said, once we have received your media, it should take 1-2 weeks to digitize it and have it shipped back to you.
Do you digitize copyrighted media?
Due to legal reasons, we can not digitize copyright material. If you have personal video and a copyright movie or TV show on the same tape, we will cut the copyright video out of the digitized version and only deliver your personal video to you.
